0800 535 3580 TRUTH 1: Will my carpet get dirty quicker after I have had them cleaned? That Depends! Please let me explain. Have you ever had a stain on your carpet and you have had a go yourself at removing with a spotter bought from a supermarket, only after a few days or weeks it reappears? What is happen here is that you have removed the stain but now because of how some spotter work comtamated the area with spotter, and this area is now acting as a magnet to any dirt passing over it. like all things you get what you pay for and some cleaners will use cheap detergent or methods that will cause this same problem of resoiling. so you see its detergents that are the problem. So How do you as a customer avoid picking a cleaner that uses cheap detergents. You use one that uses a product that is call Microsplitters. What is a Microsplitters? without getting too techno on you it will not leave any residue behind so, resoiling never a problem. plus it much more eco friendly TRUTH 2: Are the products harmful to my family and pets health? No. They are cutting edge as far as what they deliver, how they are made, and are eco friendly to you and your home. First let me explain that as you will know you can clean something so it looks clean but we all know that there is always a hygiene element to cleaning and in some areas this is more important that others. like in your kitchens and bathrooms. Detergents again have some off these properties. just the fact that you are cleaning will remove some of the nastiness that live in your carpets. again you would be releying on your cleaner to provide you with the very best level off cleaning that is possible. not all will. why? well, many think that if something looks clean they have done what they have been paid for. The Microsplitters we use will clean and leave you carpet hygienically clean. So how can I tell if the cleaner is providing this level of service? normally you have what is called dwell time. this is when you prespray the carpet and leave it to do it 's work. this is normally about 10 minutes. so if your cleaner stops and waits for the prespray to work then you can be sure if he has told in advance that he will leave your carpet hygienically clean then your are getting this level of clean. TRUTH 3: I have heard that carpets are unhealthy and that hard floors are healthier?? Pollutants in the air filter through your carpet. The carpet traps them so you don ‘t breath them over and over. But what happens when that trap gets full? Your family starts breathing dust mite debris, pollens, pollutants, fungus, spores, bacteria and a long list of other really gross stuff. Once your carpets natural filtering ability gets full, it is time for a thorough cleaning for your health ‘s sake. Clean every six months and you will breath easier. Check out our maintenance plan for a free six monthly clean So you see carpets act as a filter acting as the lungs of your home. watch the video at Eco Carpet Cleaner, Chelmsford. about schools and this explains that when you have hard floors the dust that carries all the nastiness will blow around. children are at most risk as they are shorter than us and at a level that will cause them to breath this dust into their lungs. causing health issues The fact is, clean your carpets frequently, when traffic lanes first start to appear, and they will last longer, look better, and protect your family’s health. But don ‘t just call any company. TRUTH 4: How can I tell if my cleaner is professional? Anyone that is a member of Woosafe, NCCA, BICSc, IICR, or has City & Guilds in cleaning Science. can be viewed as a professional. I am a member of The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) and have City & Guilds in Cleaning Science. TRUTH 5: Which cleaning method is best? Three are so many now that you will not have to worry about this so much. one very important thing that many people look out for these day is the service eco friendly? Many cleaners use big fuel drinking truck mounted machines. like the 4*4. but now there is a new type of machine that reduces the amount of energy it uses and fits between the popular portable machine and the van mounted fuel drinkers. its a semi portable machine that is basically the largest that a portable machine can be, giving the best performance, but can be mounted on a van or used as a portable.. these run on electric and use much less energy. than the van mounted fuel drinkers. these big van mounted machines use large amounts of fuel to heat the water and run the machine. they are over engineered for the purpose of cleaning carpets in a home. and only benefit the user as they allow quicker setup up times. and they don't add any benefits to the service provided. these cleaners that use van mounted machines will tell you that your carpet will dry quicker. again there are other methods and ways to get to this goal if its one that's important to you. for example dry carpet cleaning. Have you Checked out our Bone dry system.
